How to take Flower Essences
How to take Flower Essences
It is recomended to take 3-5 drops of an essence and work your way up from there.
You can take the drops straight onto your tongue from the dropper bottle, or add them to a cup of water and sip throughout the day.
You can never overdose on a flower essence as they contain no plant material.
I like to use my intuition and ask the spirit of the plant how it would best serve me that day - through 5 drops... 2 drops... etc.
Intention is key when working with spirit. Set your intention and be open to receive what comes to you. Journaling may be a good practice in the beginning to help you with self inquiry.
I suggest taking essence at a time during the day where you can reflect and be still. Upon waking, before meditation, in preparation for a shamanic journey, before bed... Using them in soaking baths are also a good practice.
Every Veil Voyager flower essence is made at stock strength and can be diluted into dosage bottles by adding 5-7 drops into a bottle with 50/50 water and 80 proof brandy or apple cider vinegar.

Vibrational medicines are a complement to traditional medical/psychiatric treatments, and NOT a replacement.
Vibrational and alternative medicines are meant to address the spiritual causes of suffering and help you achieve wholeness in conjunction with whatever medical treatments your doctor has prescribed. For serious medical conditions or emergencies, please consult your physician.
Dr. Bach advised that Flower Essences should not be used in cases of psychosis, schizophrenia, possession and similar. This advice is still valid today.
