Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are issued if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of your appointment will not be refunded. 
  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • If Samantha is ill or has an emergency, you will receive a full refund or you will have the opportunity to reschedule.
